Our delivery service is provided by La Poste. Shipping rates are defined according to the item
In the event of a special request from the Buyer concerning the packaging or transport conditions of the products ordered, duly accepted in writing by the seller, the related costs will be subject to specific additional invoicing, on the basis of an estimate previously accepted by the Buyer. If you require delivery with signature, an additional cost will apply. Please contact us via the customer service section.
Please note that all orders are shipped from France.
How can I track the delivery of my order?

Delivery times
All orders are grouped together and dispatched every day before 12pm, except Sundays, once we have received full payment for the order. All Products purchased on the site can only be delivered within the area of the offer. All Products are delivered to the postal delivery address given by the Customer when placing the order.
The delivery time for a Product, as indicated on the Site when the order is accepted, is a usual average time and corresponds to the time required to prepare the order, plus the time required for delivery by La Poste. We shall not be held responsible for delays in delivery which are attributable either to the Customer, or to unforeseeable and insurmountable circumstances, or to force majeure. Shipments are handled by La Poste, which transports them to the delivery address indicated by the customer. It is delivered to the delivery address indicated on your order form. It is therefore important to be precise about your delivery address. Delivery times are generally 15 days. You can track the progress of your parcel on the www.laposte.fr website by entering the tracking number.

2.RETURNS
How can I return an item ordered on the site?
You have a statutory period of 14 days from receipt of the goods to notify us of your intention to return the product and the reason for the return.
To return an item, all you need to do is meet the return conditions (see returns section in the general terms and conditions of sale). Then simply go to the "order history" section and select the items you wish to return.
As soon as we receive your package, we will proceed with the exchange or refund.
As soon as you receive the return authorization e-mail, you can return the desired products, in their original packaging, along with the return slip and invoice, to the address indicated.
You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Items on sale and special offers cannot be returned or exchanged.
Shipping costs are refunded only if the return is due to a quality problem or product defect.
Which items ordered on the site can be returned?
All products on the site can be returned. Returned products must be intact, in perfect condition for resale, in their original packaging and bearing their label. They must not have been worn or used, nor have suffered any deterioration, however slight, and must be perfectly clean. Any product that is damaged, incomplete or whose original packaging has deteriorated will not be exchanged.
What is the deadline for returns?
You have a legal period of 14 days from receipt of the goods to inform us of your intention to return the product and the reason for the return. You must return the goods to us, at your own expense, as soon as possible and within a maximum of 15 days.
What happens when I receive my items back?
Upon receipt of your return package and validation by our services, you will receive an e-mail confirming your return. We will then proceed with the exchange or refund. Damaged item Always check your parcel on arrival. When I receive my parcels, if I consider that the packaging shows signs of damage, I have the option of: either refusing the parcel, which will be returned directly to the sender; or requesting that it be made available at my post office so that I can open it in the presence of an authorized agent. If your parcel has been accepted by a third party, we invite you to fill in the post office's contact form, or to make a complaint to the post office's complaints department.
